Daniel isn’t just the guy at the top — he’s a hands-on leader, a seasoned plumber, and the driving force behind taking Mitchell’s Plumbing into its next chapter.
He started young, earned his journeyman in 2001, went unrestricted master in 2005, and officially took over the family business in 2019. But this story started long before that — with Gene and Tammy, a dream, and a legacy worth protecting.
Under Daniel’s leadership, the company has grown stronger, more versatile, and future-focused. From full-service plumbing to full-scale construction, portable restrooms to the Plumb Delusional podcast — he’s pushing the limits while honoring the roots.
Long hours. Busted knuckles. Tough calls. Worth every bit — because it’s about more than pipe. It’s about people, pride, and doing things the Mitchell way.
Channing
Project Manager & Pipe-Wrangling Powerhouse!
If you’ve ever seen a job run smooth as butter, chances are Channing was behind the scenes making it happen.
Channing joined Mitchell’s Plumbing & P.O.T.S. back in 2021 and hit the ground running — organizing crews, managing chaos, and making sure the job gets done right the first time. He’s also a familiar face (and voice) on the Plumb Delusional podcast, bringing real-world grit and plenty of laughs.
From muddy trenches to mic checks, Channing is part of the heartbeat that keeps this operation moving forward. We’re proud to have him leading the charge.
Logan
One of the Young Guns of Mitchell’s Plumbing!
Don’t let that smile fool you — Logan’s got grit, hustle, and a work ethic that’s earned him a solid name on the crew. Whether he’s handling pipe, fittings, or podcast mics, Logan shows up ready to learn, lead, and get his hands dirty.
He brings energy to the field and laughs to the Plumb Delusional mic — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

James
Excavation Lead & Underground MVP
James isn’t just part of the crew — he’s the guy who leads the charge when it’s time to tear into the earth and get the groundwork done right. As our Excavation Lead, James knows exactly where to dig, how to dig, and how to make sure every trench is clean, safe, and ready for the real plumbing magic.
He’s calm under pressure, sharp with a machine, and steady on the shovel. Whether he’s running the trackhoe or lining out a crew, James brings a cool confidence that keeps our jobs moving forward from the ground up.

Lonnie
The Portable Restroom Master of Mitchell’s Plumbing & P.O.T.S.
When it comes to keeping things clean, efficient, and ready for any event or jobsite, Lonnie’s your guy. He’s the man behind the scenes making sure every unit is spotless, stocked, and delivered with precision.
From Honeybee Festivals to high-traffic job sites, Lonnie manages our fleet like a pro — balancing logistics, service, and quality with a grin and a get-it-done attitude. He keeps the wheels turning (literally) and the facilities fresh.

Spencer
Our Young Gun in the Dirt Game
Spencer might be one of the younger faces on the crew, but don’t let that fool you — he’s got fire in his gut and mud on his boots.
As James’ right-hand man in our excavation division, Spencer is learning the ropes fast and earning respect even faster. Whether it’s trenching, grading, or handling the tough stuff under pressure, he shows up, shows out, and makes it fix.
We see a lot of potential in this guy — and the way he’s charging forward, the future of Mitchell’s Plumbing is looking mighty strong.
Seth
The Backbone Behind the Build
When things get tough, Seth gets tougher. Whether it’s a 12-hour trench day or a last-minute project push, this guy shows up ready to grind and do it right the first time.
Seth brings experience, grit, and a no-BS attitude to the crew — and we wouldn’t want it any other way. He’s not just a worker… he’s a worker that leads, that sharpens others, and that holds the line when the pressure’s on.

Gene - The Man Who Started It All
Founder of Mitchell’s Plumbing & P.O.T.S. – Est. 1976
Before the trucks, the podcast, or the crews — there was Gene. A worn-out 1970 service truck, a set of tools, and a dream fueled by grit, love, and a vision for something better. With his wife Tammy by his side, Gene laid the foundation for what would become a multi-generational company built on integrity, hard work, and heart.
Nearly 50 years later, Gene’s legacy is alive in every trench dug, every pipe fitted, and every customer served. His wisdom still leads us, and his values still shape who we are.
We don’t just work for Mitchell’s Plumbing — we carry on Gene’s dream every day.
